Amber Mikula
Attorney
Amber Mikula has been a licensed attorney in Illinois for over 25 years. She graduated from Lewis University obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Chemistry and Mathematics.
Upon receiving her Juris Doctorate at John Marshal Law School/UIC, Amber worked at both public interest and private law firms, primarily in the areas of family law and real estate.
As a family law attorney, she assists clients with divorce and parentage cases, including child support determinations, allocating parenting time and decision-making, and dividing assets and debts. Amber is a Mediator, Guardian Ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator for family law cases in Will County, Illinois.
Amber is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Law Office Management and Economics Committee for the Illinois State Bar Association.
She has written several articles for the Law Office Management and Economics Committee newsletter and served on the General Assembly for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Illinois State Bar Association from 2016-2022.
